Alongside our GEO work, Eko Media builds AI-assisted systems for NZ businesses: dashboards that put your numbers in one place, integrations that connect the software you already pay for, and process reviews that find where time leaks out. AI goes where it saves time, and a person stays in charge of anything that matters.
Three services that work alone or together. Most projects start with the review, so every build is aimed at what costs you most.
We map how work actually moves through your business, from enquiry to quote to job to invoice, and mark every point where it leaks: re-typing, waiting and chasing.
Example of what a review maps
We connect the software you already use (CRM, accounting, booking, forms, email and spreadsheets) so data moves on its own instead of being re-typed.
One view of the numbers you run the business on, such as leads, jobs, revenue and response times, pulled from your systems instead of assembled by hand each week.
Tick what's true. Nothing is sent anywhere.
Tick anything that sounds familiar.
Talk to us →Scope is agreed before anything is built.
We talk to the people doing the work and document the current process end to end.
We rank fixes by time saved and risk removed, then agree scope with you.
Integrations, automations and dashboards, tested against your real data before go-live.
Documentation, a walkthrough for your team, and access in your name.
Honest note: we build on mainstream, well-supported tools and the official connections your software provides. If a system has no reliable way to connect, the review says so rather than us building something fragile. AI steps are kept to tasks that can be checked, and anything customer-facing or financial has a person approve it. We don't promise a set number of hours saved; the review separates what we measured from what we estimate.
We run our own business this way. Our GEO work runs on automated workflows that test prompts across AI assistants and log the results for reporting.
We build what we'd want to use ourselves, in plain language, owner to owner.No. Dashboards, integrations and process reviews are standalone services. Some clients use them alongside GEO, because getting named by AI brings in enquiries and good systems make sure those enquiries are handled well, but neither depends on the other.
Only where it saves time on a task that can be checked: sorting and routing enquiries, summarising notes or calls, drafting replies, and writing a plain-English summary of what moved on a dashboard. Anything customer-facing or financial has a person approve it before it goes out.
Most cloud software that offers an API or a native integration: CRMs, accounting, job management, booking, forms, email and spreadsheets. We build automated workflows in n8n and connect through official APIs where they exist. We confirm what is possible for your specific tools during the review, before you commit to a build.
You do. Where we can, accounts are set up in your name, and every build comes with documentation and a walkthrough, so the system is not locked to us.
We won't put a number on it before we have looked. The process review records what we measured and what we estimate, and labels which is which, so you can judge the payoff of each fix before committing to it.
Every project is scoped and quoted before we start, so you know the cost before any work begins. Builds are quoted from what the review finds.
Yes. Eko Media is based in Auckland and works with businesses across New Zealand and Australia. Most of the work is done remotely, with calls or on-site time where mapping a process needs it.
Tell us in a couple of lines which tools you use and where the manual work is. We'll reply with whether a review makes sense.
